As sure as the sky is blue, you can expect many companies to spend crazy amounts of money on an anti-union campaign. They’re worried about losing power and control. So, what does the anti-union campaign look like? A whole lot of lawyer-driven propaganda and lies like: unions are big business, union power is declining, and the union is a gamble. Anti-union consultants will try to mislead you about dues, strikes, and the union’s constitution. But the reality is that forming a union with your coworkers: gives you a voice on the job. Without a union… things at work won’t get better.
